About This Project
Bingsho Shotabdi (বিংশ শতাব্দী) is a 40,000-member Bengali creative community on Discord. I designed and engineered their official editorial platform using Next.js 16 App Router and React 19. Features an editorial landing page with hero carousels, membership tiers, and a markdown-driven news publication engine (/news and /news/[slug]). Real-time member stats fetch from Discord's invite API (with_counts=true) with React cache and ISR revalidation. Implements a strict Server/Client Component split that keeps heavy markdown bodies out of initial RSC payloads. Dynamic OpenGraph images are statically rendered with locally vendored Hind Siliguri fonts to eliminate tofu boxes. Visuals combine Lenis smooth scrolling, Framer Motion, and strict reduced-motion accessibility.

The Outcome
Live at bingsho.org as the public home for 40,000 members. Features comprehensive JSON-LD structured data (Organization, NewsArticle), statically generated Bengali social cards, and a bespoke editorial aesthetic free of stock templates.
